This story has the makings of a complete destruction of the US Political scene, damn the rule of law …
” I want it my way no matter what I have to do”
should be the democrat/liberal battle cry.
Trying to win an election through lies and deception has become the flavor of the day in this political battlefield. What ever happened to winning an election based on actual merits and accomplishments of a person?
First you need to look at the LAW.
President Trump was Never convicted of an insurrection by a court of law, he was only found guilty in the eyes of the liberal media and the left-wing liberals, that doesn’t make it true. If this was the case, then just about every liberal politician should be charged with insurrection or a number of other crimes based merely on opinion and not the facts.
When you arbitrarily decide to make up your own rules you will soon find yourself in hot water. After all, if you try and do this to the oppositions candidates then it won’t be long before you get a taste of the same medicine as they take the same actions against your candidates for exactly no lawful reasons at all.
Displays of this nature are nothing less that disgusting and should not be tolerated by the US Citizens.
This is a shameless partisan attack on true democracy and Shenna Bellows should be held accountable for such an obvious abuse of power and be forced to resign her office, as it is clear she is not fit to hold it.
It doesn’t matter what party you belong to, when you hold office, you are empowered by the people, all of the people to conduct business in an honest and fair manner. And to follow the rule of law, not make it up as you go.
Her actions are no more than that of a school yard bully wanting to play a game and changing the rules to benefit them.
It is becoming clearer as each day passes that the liberals are absolutely scared to death of President Trump and will resort to any tactic they feal necessary in order to beat him, no matter its legality.
As a society this type of blatant action must not be tolerated and should be met with swift and definitive justice, the perpetrators who conduct such actions should be removed from office, without pay, subject to a hearing. And removed from office if found guilty and Never be Eligible to hold a Public Office again. We need to reign in this form of political corruption once and for all.
And I don’t care what party does it, accountability needs to be brought back… PERIOD !!!
Here is the language of the 14th Amendment, as you can clearly see Bellows not only is wrong, but she is blatantly wrong in the understanding of it.
She is trying to use Section 3 as her argument, but here in lies her fault, President Trump was Never found guilty of Insurrection, therefor he Remains Innocent and Is Eligible to Hold Office. Your feelings on the matter do not come in to play here, it’s only the facts.
Bellows actions remain to be on a purely political basis, or can she just be that stupid as not being able to understand the language?
The 14th Amendment is clear, it states “shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof”, and if you recall, President Trump was charged and Acquitted, meaning he didn’t do it and therefore IS ELIGIBLE…
Just like all other actions,
“You are Innocent until Proven Guilty in a Court of Law… Not a Court of BELLOWS”
OPEN Question to Bellows:
So here is my question to Bellows, Show me the Judiciary Proof that President Trump has been convicted of Insurrection by the United States Government – Provide the case number, the date and the Judicial Body that convicted him of said crime.
If you cannot provide this information, then you don’t understand the Rule of Law and your actions have been nothing more than politically motivated.

It’s time for all Republicans and Conservatives to stand up and STOP this madness from the democrat party. Can you get any more blatant in your face? This type of action is just over the top. It only shows how truly scared you are of the other candidate…
Bellows is looking more like a political hack than a public servant, she is showing her party colors in this instance for sure. She claims that she is following the Rule of Law, when in fact she isn’t, she is simply following her feelings that those of the liberal democrats. What ever happened to Innocent until PROVEN Guilty?
